How do you vet your contractors?

Every professional in our network goes through a thorough screening process, which may include:

Are your contractors licensed and insured?

Yes. All professionals we work with are licensed and insured where required by law, helping protect you and your property.


What happens if I’m not happy with the completed work?

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If something isn’t right, you contact us, not the contractor.
We step in, coordinate with the professional, and work to resolve the issue fairly and efficiently.

💰 Deposits, Pricing & Payments


Why is a $100 booking deposit required?

The $100 booking deposit confirms your appointment and helps ensure availability with our vetted professionals.

It protects everyone’s time and helps prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


Is the $100 deposit refundable?

Yes — the deposit is fully refundable in the following cases:

✔ After the job is completed
✔ If you cancel
at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

The deposit is non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.


Who do I pay for the actual work?

You pay the contractor directly for the completed work.

Casa Care Pros does not collect job payments.
We collect only the refundable booking deposit to confirm your appointment and manage the process.

This keeps payments simple, transparent, and secure.


When is my $100 deposit refunded?

Once the job is completed and confirmed, your $100 booking deposit is refunded back to your original payment method.


Are quotes free?

Yes. Quotes are always free, with no obligation to proceed.
