Affiliate: Any individual or business joining our Program (“You,” “Your”)

1. Program Overview

The Casa Care Pros Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our membership plans. By joining, you agree to the terms below.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 40% commission on every new active membership referred through their tracking link.

Current membership prices:

$99 membership → 40% commission = $39.60

$199 membership → 40% commission = $79.60

$500 membership → 40% commission = $200

Commission rates may change for new affiliates in the future, but your rate is locked once you join.

3. Tracking & Cookies

All referrals are tracked using a unique affiliate link.

Our system uses a 60-day cookie window.

If a customer purchases within 60 days of clicking your link, you receive commission.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are made bi-weekly (every two weeks).

Payments are sent via the payout method you choose (PayPal, ACH, or other available options).

Minimum payout threshold: $25.

If you do not meet the minimum, earnings roll over to the next payout cycle.

5. Membership Activation Requirement

Commission is earned only when:

The customer completes their membership purchase,

The transaction is successfully processed and not refunded,

And the membership passes the verification window.

If a customer cancels or charges back, commission will be voided.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

If a customer requests a refund within our refund policy period, the corresponding affiliate commission will be deducted from future payouts.

If no future payouts exist, the affiliate account may reflect a negative balance until resolved.

7. Promotional Guidelines

You MAY promote using:

Social media posts

Ads you create

Email marketing

Your website or blog

Video content

Flyers or print materials

You MAY NOT:

Mislead customers or make false promises

Claim guaranteed results or earnings

Use our name in paid ads without written approval

Pretend to be Casa Care Pros employees

Offer your own discounts without permission

All promotions must accurately describe the service and pricing.

8. Affiliate Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

Spam emailing or unsolicited messages

Fraudulent clicks

Fake leads, fake purchases, or self-referrals

Misrepresentation of the Casa Care Pros brand

Any illegal marketing practices

Violation may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Account Termination

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if:

Policies are violated,

Fraud is suspected,

Or the affiliate harms the company brand.

Affiliates may also voluntarily close their account at any time.

10. Program Changes

We may update pricing, commissions, policies, or program structure at any time.
If changes occur, affiliates will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

Existing affiliates retain their locked commission rate unless otherwise stated.

11. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are not employees of Casa Care Pros.
You are responsible for your own taxes and financial reporting.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and promoting the Casa Care Pros Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to follow all terms listed above.
