By accessing or using this website, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Overview
Casa Care Pros is a nationwide home and property care management platform that connects homeowners with trusted, pre-screened contractors (“Service Providers”) for various maintenance, repair, and improvement services. We act as a service coordinator — not as the direct employer or contractor — ensuring that every project is handled professionally from start to finish.

2. Our Role
Casa Care Pros facilitates the connection between customers and qualified, vetted Service Providers for handyman concierge services. We manage communication, job scheduling, and offer assistance from the beginning of the project until it is finished. We do not perform the actual services ourselves. Each Service Provider operates as an independent business responsible for their own work, licensing, and insurance. Casa Care Pros is not liable for the work performed or for any damages that may be caused by the Service Provider. Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide.

3. Membership and Billing
As a customer, your first month of membership is free. After the first month, Casa Care Pros will automatically charge a monthly service fee of $99 to the payment method on file. This fee covers our ongoing concierge services, including project coordination, vendor vetting, and customer support. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

4. Quotes and Deposits
When a customer requests a quote, Casa Care Pros reviews the project and provides an estimated price range based on our vendor network. To secure the quote and initiate the matching process, a refundable deposit of 10% to 30% of the project's estimated cost is required. This deposit confirms your intent to proceed and is held by Casa Care Pros.

Refund Policy: If the customer decides not to move forward with the project before a Service Provider has been officially assigned and work has begun, the deposit is fully refundable. Once a Service Provider has been dispatched or materials have been purchased, a partial refund may apply depending on project progress. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Payments
All payments are made through Casa Care Pros’ secure platform. Once a project is approved by both the customer and the Service Provider, the customer is required to make the full payment to Casa Care Pros before the contractor begins working on the job. Final payment is released to the Service Provider only after the job is confirmed as complete and satisfactory by the customer. Casa Care Pros reserves the right to hold or release funds at its discretion in the event of a dispute.

6. Customer Responsibilities
By using Casa Care Pros, you agree to:

Provide accurate property and project details.

Respond promptly to communication about scheduling or changes.

Ensure safe, reasonable access to your property for the Service Provider.

Treat all professionals with respect and follow any applicable safety instructions.

7. Service Provider Standards
Casa Care Pros carefully vets all Service Providers in our network for licensing, insurance, and experience. However, Service Providers are independent contractors — not employees or agents of Casa Care Pros. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from their work beyond the scope of our coordination and oversight.

8. Disputes and Resolution
If a problem arises during or after a service:

Notify Casa Care Pros immediately.

We will coordinate communication between you and the Service Provider to reach a fair resolution.

In cases where damages or negligence are involved, the Service Provider’s insurance policy may apply.

Casa Care Pros may, at its discretion, offer mediation or partial refunds where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability
Casa Care Pros is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

Service Provider performance or delays,

Property damage caused by Service Providers,

Loss of use, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Casa Care Pros for the related service.

10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link]. We never sell your data.

11. Modifications
Casa Care Pros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site means you accept those updates.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

By purchasing a Casa Care Pros Membership, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and membership guidelines:


1. Membership Overview

Casa Care Pros offers annual membership plans that provide members with service credits (“Credits”) that can be applied toward eligible home repair, maintenance, and cleaning services.
Memberships are
non-refundable after purchase.


2. Service Credit Amounts

Each membership includes a set amount of Credits:

$99 Membership → $500 in Credits

$199 Membership → $1,000 in Credits

$500 Membership → $2,500 in Credits

Credits act as discount dollars and reduce the cost of services performed by Casa Care Pros or its partner providers.


3. How Credits Work

Credits provide up to 10% OFF per service.
(Example: A $300 service may use up to $30 in Credits.)

Credits do not apply as a lump sum unless multiple services are requested.

Remaining Credits roll over until fully used — they do not expire within the active membership term.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used outside Casa Care Pros services.

Credits apply only to labor and service charges, not to materials or parts unless explicitly stated.


4. Service Availability

Services must be scheduled through Casa Care Pros.

Availability may vary by location and provider schedules.

Members receive priority scheduling, but exact appointment times are based on provider availability.


5. Membership Duration

Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Credits remain active during the membership term.

Unused Credits expire when the membership term ends unless renewed.


6. Payment & Billing

Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase.

Memberships are non-refundable, except when Casa Care Pros is unable to provide services in your area.


7. Service Completion & Billing

The final cost of each job is determined after on-site inspection or remote estimate.

Credits are automatically applied to qualifying portions of the invoice (up to 10%).

Members are responsible for any remaining balance after Credits are applied.


8. Service Limitations

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to decline:

Hazardous, specialized, or outside-scope work

Jobs requiring permits, licensed structural modifications, or major construction

Situations where unsafe working conditions exist


9. Provider Responsibility

Some services may be performed by third-party contractors (“Partner Providers”).
Casa Care Pros:

Oversees quality

Schedules and dispatches providers

Handles customer support

However, providers are individually responsible for:

On-site work

Licensing and insurance

Material sourcing (if required)


10. Membership Misuse

Casa Care Pros may suspend or terminate membership if:

Credits are misused

Fraudulent activity is detected

A member behaves abusively toward providers or staff

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships due to policy violations.


11. Changes to Terms

Casa Care Pros may update these terms as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all active and future memberships.
