By accessing or using the Casa Care Pros website or services, you (“you,” “customer,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Overview
Casa Care Pros is a home and property care concierge platform that coordinates services between homeowners and independent, vetted service providers (“Service Providers”).
We act solely as a service coordinator and concierge. We do not perform home services, employ contractors, or control how work is performed.
2. Our Role
Casa Care Pros facilitates communication, scheduling, and coordination between customers and Service Providers.
All Service Providers are independent businesses
Service Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tools, materials, and workmanship
Casa Care Pros does not guarantee specific outcomes or perform physical work
Our role is limited to coordination, communication, and support throughout the service process.
3. Membership & Access
Casa Care Pros may offer optional membership or access plans that provide concierge support, priority scheduling, discounts, or other benefits.
Membership terms, pricing, and cancellation options are clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment. Membership fees (if applicable) are separate from any service provider charges.
You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment.
4. Booking Deposit (Important)
To confirm a service appointment, Casa Care Pros collects a $100 refundable booking deposit.
The booking deposit:
Confirms your appointment and intent to proceed
Helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows
Is not payment for the service itself
Deposit Refund Policy
The $100 deposit is:
✔ Fully refundable after the service appointment is completed
✔ Fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
❌ Non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows
Casa Care Pros reserves the right to issue discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances.
5. Payments for Services
Customers pay Service Providers directly for all completed work.
Casa Care Pros:
Does not collect service fees for completed jobs
Does not hold or escrow contractor payments
Does not process final job payments
All pricing, payment methods, and final charges are agreed upon directly between the customer and the Service Provider.
6. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through Casa Care Pros are estimates only and are based on information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
On-site inspection
Scope changes
Materials required
Unforeseen conditions
Casa Care Pros does not set service prices.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using Casa Care Pros, you agree to:
Provide accurate project and property information
Respond promptly to scheduling and communication
Provide safe and reasonable access to your property
Treat Service Providers respectfully
Pay Service Providers according to agreed terms
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays or cancellation.
8. Service Provider Standards
Casa Care Pros makes reasonable efforts to vet Service Providers, which may include:
License verification (where required)
Insurance verification
Experience review
However, Service Providers remain fully responsible for their work. Casa Care Pros is not responsible for service quality beyond its coordination role.
9. Issues, Disputes & Resolution
If a concern arises:
Notify Casa Care Pros promptly
We will assist in coordinating communication between you and the Service Provider
Service Providers may rely on their own insurance policies where applicable
Casa Care Pros does not assume liability for workmanship, damages, or negligence by Service Providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Casa Care Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for property damage, delays, or service outcomes caused by Service Providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Casa Care Pros, which is limited to the $100 booking deposit or applicable membership fees.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
12. Modifications to Terms
Casa Care Pros may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Casa Care Pros Membership — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Casa Care Pros Membership, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and membership guidelines:
1. Membership Overview
Casa Care Pros offers annual membership plans that provide members with service credits (“Credits”) that can be applied toward eligible home repair, maintenance, and cleaning services.
Memberships are non-refundable after purchase.
2. Service Credit Amounts
Each membership includes a set amount of Credits:
$99 Membership → $500 in Credits
$199 Membership → $1,000 in Credits
$500 Membership → $2,500 in Credits
Credits act as discount dollars and reduce the cost of services performed by Casa Care Pros or its partner providers.
3. How Credits Work
Credits provide up to 10% OFF per service.
(Example: A $300 service may use up to $30 in Credits.)
Credits do not apply as a lump sum unless multiple services are requested.
Remaining Credits roll over until fully used — they do not expire within the active membership term.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used outside Casa Care Pros services.
Credits apply only to labor and service charges, not to materials or parts unless explicitly stated.
4. Service Availability
Services must be scheduled through Casa Care Pros.
Availability may vary by location and provider schedules.
Members receive priority scheduling, but exact appointment times are based on provider availability.
5. Membership Duration
Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Credits remain active during the membership term.
Unused Credits expire when the membership term ends unless renewed.
6. Payment & Billing
Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase.
Memberships are non-refundable, except when Casa Care Pros is unable to provide services in your area.
7. Service Completion & Billing
The final cost of each job is determined after on-site inspection or remote estimate.
Credits are automatically applied to qualifying portions of the invoice (up to 10%).
Members are responsible for any remaining balance after Credits are applied.
8. Service Limitations
Casa Care Pros reserves the right to decline:
Hazardous, specialized, or outside-scope work
Jobs requiring permits, licensed structural modifications, or major construction
Situations where unsafe working conditions exist
9. Provider Responsibility
Some services may be performed by third-party contractors (“Partner Providers”).
Casa Care Pros:
Oversees quality
Schedules and dispatches providers
Handles customer support
However, providers are individually responsible for:
On-site work
Licensing and insurance
Material sourcing (if required)
10. Membership Misuse
Casa Care Pros may suspend or terminate membership if:
Credits are misused
Fraudulent activity is detected
A member behaves abusively toward providers or staff
No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships due to policy violations.
11. Changes to Terms
Casa Care Pros may update these terms as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all active and future memberships.
