Casa Care Pros facilitates the connection between customers and qualified, vetted Service Providers.

We manage communication, job scheduling, and quality control throughout the project.

We do not perform the actual services ourselves.

Each Service Provider operates as an independent business responsible for their own work, licensing, and insurance.

3. Quotes and Deposits

When a customer requests a quote, Casa Care Pros reviews the project and provides an estimated price range based on our vendor network.

Once the customer approves the quote, a refundable deposit may be required to secure scheduling and initiate the matching process.

This deposit confirms your intent to proceed and allows Casa Care Pros to dispatch your project to the most suitable, nearby Service Provider.

Refund Policy:

If the customer decides not to move forward before work begins, the deposit is fully refundable.

Once a Service Provider has been dispatched or materials purchased, a partial refund may apply depending on project progress.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Payments

All payments are made through Casa Care Pros’ secure platform.

Final payment is released to the Service Provider only after the job is confirmed as complete and satisfactory.

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to hold or release funds at its discretion in the event of a dispute.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using Casa Care Pros, you agree to:

Provide accurate property and project details.

Respond promptly to communication about scheduling or changes.

Ensure safe, reasonable access to your property for the Service Provider.

Treat all professionals with respect and follow any applicable safety instructions.

6. Service Provider Standards

Casa Care Pros carefully vets all Service Providers in our network for licensing, insurance, and experience.
However, Service Providers are independent contractors — not employees or agents of Casa Care Pros. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from their work beyond the scope of our coordination and oversight.

7. Disputes and Resolution

If a problem arises during or after a service:

We will coordinate communication between you and the Service Provider to reach a fair resolution.

In cases where damages or negligence are involved, the Service Provider’s insurance policy may apply.
