Casa Care Pros is a nationwide home and property care platform connecting homeowners with qualified, vetted service professionals.
By joining our contractor network, you agree to abide by the following terms, which ensure professional standards, fairness, and customer satisfaction across all services.

2. Services Covered

Casa Care Pros provides and accepts projects in the following service categories:

Pressure Washing • HVAC • Plumbing • Painting • Roofing • Electrical • Solar • Flooring • Landscaping • Car Detailing • Pool Service • Pest Control

Only these approved services may be performed under Casa Care Pros unless otherwise authorized in writing.

3. Contractor Eligibility & Vetting

All contractors must complete our verification process, including proof of licensing, insurance, and references.

Contractors must maintain a professional appearance, communicate clearly, and follow all safety and legal requirements.

Failure to maintain active insurance or valid licensing will result in suspension or removal from our network.

4. Payment Structure

Casa Care Pros operates on a tier-based payout system:

Tier 1: 65% payout of total project value (starting tier)

Tier 2: 70% payout after completing 5 successful gigs with positive reviews and no complaints

Tier 3: Eligible for performance bonuses or priority placement for top-rated contractors

Payment Schedule:

Payouts are made 3 business days after Casa Care Pros receives cleared payment from the customer.

Payments are processed via the preferred method listed in your contractor account.

5. Prohibited Actions

To protect our platform, reputation, and customer relationships, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Bypassing Casa Care Pros: Contractors may not accept direct payments, side jobs, or future recurring work directly from any Casa Care Pros customer.

Direct Solicitation: You must not ask customers to hire you privately or outside our platform.

Unauthorized Fees: All pricing and quotes must go through Casa Care Pros. Contractors cannot charge additional or hidden fees to customers.

Unprofessional Conduct: Rude, unsafe, or dishonest behavior will result in immediate termination from our network.

Brand Representation: You agree to represent Casa Care Pros professionally and not mislead customers about your relationship to the company.

Violation of these rules may result in withheld payments, account termination, and legal action for damages or lost business.

6. Customer Relations & Dispute Resolution

Contractors must provide high-quality service, maintain professionalism, and promptly communicate with Casa Care Pros if issues arise.

If a customer files a complaint, the contractor must resolve the issue as soon as possible before receiving additional project assignments.

Casa Care Pros may temporarily withhold payment until disputes are settled.

Failure to cooperate with dispute resolution may result in permanent removal from our vendor network.

7. Use of Brand and Materials

Contractors are authorized to use the Casa Care Pros name, logo, and branding only for approved projects.
Any unauthorized marketing, website use, or misrepresentation of affiliation is prohibited.

8. Independent Contractor Status

All Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Casa Care Pros.
You are solely responsible for:

Your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws

Supplying your tools, transportation, and materials unless otherwise agreed

Casa Care Pros is not responsible for injuries, damages, or liabilities that occur during or after project completion.

9. Quality Standards

To remain in good standing, contractors must:

Maintain consistent quality and communication

Avoid cancellations or no-shows

Keep customer satisfaction ratings high

Complete jobs on time and within the approved budget

Low performance or repeated issues may result in reduced job assignments or removal from the network.

10. Confidentiality & Non-Compete

All customer information provided by Casa Care Pros is confidential.

Contractors agree not to use Casa Care Pros data to build competing services, contact customers directly, or share leads with other providers.

This restriction applies during your active term and for 12 months after leaving the platform.

11. Termination

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to suspend or terminate a contractor’s account at any time for:

Violation of these terms

Poor performance or unprofessional conduct

Repeated customer complaints

Fraud or payment bypass

12. Limitation of Liability

Casa Care Pros is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from the contractor’s work, performance, or third-party actions.

13. Agreement

By joining the Casa Care Pros contractor network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
