By purchasing a Casa Care Pros Membership, you (“Member”) acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms listed here.
Completing payment constitutes full legal acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether you read them or not.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not complete your purchase.
1. Membership Plans & Included Home Service Credit
Casa Care Pros offers the following one-time membership packages:
• $99 Membership → Includes $500 in Home Service Credit
• $199 Membership → Includes $1,000 in Home Service Credit
• $500 Membership → Includes $2,500 in Home Service Credit
Home Service Credit (“Credit”) is applied only toward discounted service work booked and processed through the Casa Care Pros platform.
Credit is not cash, not transferable, and not refundable.
2. How Member Credits Work
Members may apply up to 10% of any contractor service total as a discount using their Credit.
Example: A $3,000 job = $300 savings (10%).
Remaining Credit stays in the Member’s account until used.
Credits may be applied across multiple service bookings.
Credits do not roll over beyond the active membership period unless Casa Care Pros explicitly states otherwise.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
3. Membership Term & Renewal
Memberships are one-time purchases with a 12-month active period.
Credit must be used within that 12-month period.
Membership does not auto-renew unless specified by Casa Care Pros in the future.
Members may upgrade or repurchase a new membership at any time.
4. No Refund Policy
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
Unused Credit
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with pricing
Inability to schedule services
Dissatisfaction with third-party contractors
Partial or minimal usage of the membership
Once Credit is activated, refunds cannot be issued for any reason.
5. Scheduling & Service Providers
Casa Care Pros is a concierge and coordination platform, not a contractor.
All service work is performed by independent, licensed, and insured contractors.
Contractor availability may vary by area and season.
Casa Care Pros may replace contractors at any time to maintain service quality.
Casa Care Pros does not guarantee specific appointment dates or contractor selection.
Members agree to communicate job details accurately to ensure proper pricing.
6. Service Pricing & Discounts
Contractors set their own pricing based on labor, materials, and job complexity.
Casa Care Pros applies the Member’s 10% discount (using their Credit) once the job quote is confirmed.
Discounted Credit is only applied when payment is processed through Casa Care Pros.
Final pricing may vary from initial quotes due to job conditions.
Members understand that emergency services, specialty work, or high-demand jobs may incur additional charges.
7. Payment Requirement Through Casa Care Pros Platform
All service payments must be processed directly through Casa Care Pros.
This requirement protects Members and ensures proper Credit usage.
A. No direct payments to contractors
Members may NOT pay contractors:
Cash
Check
Zelle
Venmo
PayPal
CashApp
Contractor-owned credit card terminals
Contractor business websites
All payments must go through Casa Care Pros.
B. Why Payments Must Go Through Casa Care Pros
This allows Casa Care Pros to:
Apply the Member’s 10% Credit discount
Protect Members from contractor no-shows
Process refunds for mischarges or billing errors
Assist with disputes between the contractor and Member
Stop unapproved price changes
Ensure project documentation and quality control
Track jobs for customer support and warranty issues
C. Unauthorized Payments Void Protection
If the Member pays a contractor outside the Casa Care Pros platform:
Credit cannot be applied to that job
Credit cannot be refunded or restored
Casa Care Pros cannot assist with disputes
Casa Care Pros is not responsible for contractor no-shows
The job does not qualify for Member protection
Membership may be suspended for repeated violations
D. Contractor Compliance
All contractors agree to:
Accept payment only through Casa Care Pros
Not solicit off-platform payment
Cooperate with dispute investigations
Follow Casa Care Pros’ pricing and quality guidelines
8. Limitations of Membership Credit
Credit does NOT apply to:
Permit fees
Material-only purchases
Consultation-only services
Work performed outside the Member’s service area
DIY help or advice
Tips or gratuities
Jobs not booked through Casa Care Pros
9. Liability & Responsibility
Casa Care Pros is not liable for:
Contractor workmanship
Property damage caused by contractors
Injury, loss, or damages from service work
Delays or cancellations
Miscommunications between Member and contractor
Contractor performance or behavior
Members agree to resolve workmanship disputes directly with the contractor.
Casa Care Pros may assist as a courtesy but does not guarantee outcomes.
10. Membership Misuse & Termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated without refund if a Member:
Pays contractors directly
Attempts to resell or transfer Credit
Abuses discounts or submits fraudulent claims
Engages in abusive communication
Misrepresents job details
Repeatedly cancels scheduled appointments
Attempts to bypass Casa Care Pros policies
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, the Member agrees to all Terms & Conditions, including all policies related to:
Credit usage
Payment requirements
Refund rules
Scheduling
Contractor relationships
Liability limitations
Membership duration
Payment = Legal Acceptance, whether the Member reads these terms or not.
