Payment & Platform Disclosure
Casa Care Pros is a concierge and coordination platform, not a contractor and not a payment processor for full job services.
To confirm serious service requests and secure scheduling, Casa Care Pros collects a $100 refundable reservation deposit at the time of booking.
Once a job is confirmed complete:
The $100 reservation deposit is fully refunded by Casa Care Pros
All remaining job payments are made directly by the Member to the contractor, per the contractor’s invoice or agreement
Casa Care Pros does not collect or process full job payments for contractor services.
Failure to complete or cancel appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
1. Membership Plans & Included Home Service Credit
Casa Care Pros offers the following one-time membership service credit packages:
• $500 Membership → Includes $650 in Home Service Credit
• $1,000 Membership → Includes $1,400 in Home Service Credit
• $2,500 Membership → Includes $3,250 in Home Service Credit
• $5,000 Membership → Includes $6,750 in Home Service Credit
Home Service Credit (“Credit”) provides discounted value on eligible services coordinated through Casa Care Pros.
Credit is:
Not cash
Not transferable
Not refundable
2. How Home Service Credit Works
Members may apply up to 20% of a contractor’s final service total as a discount using available Credit.
Example:
A $3,000 job → up to $600 in Credit savings.
Credit:
May be applied across multiple jobs
Remains available until used or expired
Cannot exceed the 20% cap per job
Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds
Casa Care Pros coordinates Credit eligibility and discount confirmation, but does not replace contractor billing or payment collection.
3. Membership Term & Credit Usage
Casa Care Pros memberships are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.
Each membership includes Home Service Credit that must be used within the validity period associated with the purchased tier, starting from the date of purchase.
Once Credit is fully used or expires, the Member may repurchase additional Credit or upgrade their Membership at any time.
Unused Credit expires at the end of the applicable validity period and is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Credit Validity Period by Tier
• $500 Tier –last 12 months
• $1,000 Tier –last 18 months
• $2,500 Tier – last 24 months
• $5,000 Tier –last 36 months
Courtesy Extension
Members who have used at least 25% of their Home Service Credit may request a one-time 6-month courtesy extension prior to expiration.
Approval of any extension is at the sole discretion of Casa Care Pros and is not guaranteed.
4. No Refund Policy (Membership Fees Only)
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
Unused Credit
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with contractor pricing or availability
Partial or minimal usage
This policy applies only to the membership purchase.
Reservation deposits are governed separately under the Payment & Platform Disclosure section.
5. Scheduling & Service Providers
Casa Care Pros is a concierge and coordination platform, not a contractor.
All services are performed by independent, licensed, and insured contractors.
Casa Care Pros:
Does not guarantee specific appointment dates
Does not guarantee contractor selection
May replace contractors to maintain service quality
Members agree to provide accurate job details to ensure proper pricing and scheduling.
6. Service Pricing & Credit Application
Contractors independently set pricing based on labor, materials, and job scope.
Casa Care Pros:
Confirms Credit eligibility
Coordinates applicable discounts prior to job completion
All remaining job payments are made directly to the contractor.
Final pricing may vary due to site conditions, materials, or scope changes.
7. Limitations of Home Service Credit
Credit does not apply to:
Permit fees
Material-only purchases
Consultation-only services
Work outside the service area
DIY or advisory services
Tips or gratuities
Jobs not coordinated through Casa Care Pros
8. Liability & Responsibility
Casa Care Pros is not responsible for:
Contractor workmanship
Property damage
Injuries, losses, or delays
Contractor conduct or performance
Workmanship disputes are between the Member and the contractor.
Casa Care Pros may assist as a courtesy but does not guarantee outcomes.
9. Membership Misuse & Termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated without refund if a Member:
Abuses Credit usage
Submits fraudulent claims
Misrepresents job details
Repeatedly cancels confirmed bookings
Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Casa Care Pros Membership, you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Payment constitutes full legal acceptance, whether or not the Member reviews these terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
