Casa Care Pros – Contractor Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Overview of Contractor Partner Participation

By choosing to participate in the Casa Care Pros Contractor Partner Program (“Program”), the Contractor Partner agrees to participate in an optional revenue-based participation arrangement tied to actual service revenue generated within a selected city.

This participation:

Is not equity

Is not ownership

Is not a loan

Does not guarantee returns

Revenue participation payouts are issued quarterly and are based solely on actual completed service revenue generated in the participating city.

Participation is optional and separate from contractor membership or access to jobs on the platform.

2. Revenue Participation Structure (1.5× – 2× Cap)

Each Contractor Partner participation level includes:

A minimum target return of 1.5× the participation amount

A maximum payout cap of 2× the participation amount

Quarterly payouts continue until the Contractor Partner reaches their participation cap, at which point the participation automatically ends.

$3,000=$4,500-$6,000

$5,000=$7,500-$10,000

These amounts represent total cumulative payouts over the life of the participation.

3. Estimated Payout Timing (Non-Guaranteed)

All payout timelines are estimates only and depend entirely on real performance.

As a general reference:

Many participation levels may reach the 1.5×–2× cap within approximately 9–24 months

Actual timelines may be shorter or longer depending on completed service revenue in the city

There is no guaranteed timeline.
Payouts continue quarterly until the participation cap is reached, regardless of how long it takes.

4. Revenue Source & Distribution

All revenue participation payouts are funded only from actual completed service revenue generated in the participating city.

Casa Care Pros may allocate a portion of city revenue into a revenue participation pool, which is distributed proportionally among active Contractor Partners for that city based on participation amount.

If a city grows slowly, payouts may be lower and take longer

If a city performs well, payouts may occur faster

5. Quarterly Payment Schedule

Revenue participation payouts are issued quarterly (every three months).

Each quarterly summary may include:

Total service revenue generated in the city

Amount allocated to the revenue participation pool

Contractor Partner’s proportional share

Total payouts received to date

Remaining amount until participation cap is reached

6. No Guaranteed Returns

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any return.

Payouts depend entirely on real service revenue

No minimum revenue or payout timeline is promised

No projections or estimates constitute guarantees

7. No Early Withdrawal or Refunds

All participation contributions are final and non-refundable.

Contractor Partners may not withdraw participation amounts early.
Participation remains active until the payout cap is reached through quarterly distributions.

Contractor membership fees are separate and may be canceled according to membership terms.

8. Multiple Contractor Partners Per City

Multiple Contractor Partners may participate within the same city.

All revenue participation payouts are distributed proportionally based on each Contractor Partner’s participation amount.

9. Reporting & Transparency

Contractor Partners may receive access to reporting that may include:

City-level service activity

Revenue participation payouts

Lifetime payouts to date

Remaining balance until participation cap is reached

Reporting is provided for transparency and does not disclose confidential company-wide financial data.

10. Use of Funds

Participation funds may be used for, but are not limited to:

Local marketing and advertising

Customer acquisition campaigns

Contractor onboarding

Operational setup and support

Casa Care Pros is not required to restrict funds exclusively to a single city, as marketing and operations may overlap across regions.

11. Eligibility

To participate, Contractor Partners must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be legally able to operate as an independent contractor in the United States

Understand that this is a revenue-based participation program, not equity or ownership

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to approve or decline participation at its discretion.

12. Termination of Participation

This participation automatically terminates when:

The Contractor Partner receives the full participation cap (1.5×–2×), or

Casa Care Pros and the Contractor Partner mutually agree to an early buyout of the remaining balance

13. Acknowledgment of Risk

By participating, the Contractor Partner acknowledges and agrees that:

Revenue may fluctuate

Timelines may vary

Payouts depend entirely on real performance

Participation does not represent guaranteed or passive income

The Contractor Partner accepts full responsibility for understanding the associated risks.
