Contractor (“you” or “Service Provider”)

1. Overview

Casa Care Pros is a nationwide home and property care platform connecting homeowners with qualified, vetted service professionals.
By joining our contractor network, you agree to abide by the following terms, which ensure quality service, fairness, and customer satisfaction across all projects.

2. Services Covered

Approved service categories include:
Pressure Washing • HVAC • Plumbing • Painting • Roofing • Electrical • Solar • Flooring • Landscaping • Car Detailing • Pool Service • Pest Control

Any work outside these categories requires written approval from Casa Care Pros.

3. Contractor Eligibility & Vetting

You must complete our verification process, including proof of active business license, liability insurance, and professional references.

You agree to:

Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance at all times.

Follow all local, state, and federal laws.

Keep your appearance, equipment, and communication professional.

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination from the network.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship & 1099 Reporting

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Casa Care Pros.

You are solely responsible for:

Paying all applicable taxes (including income, self-employment, and local business taxes).

Maintaining your own tools, equipment, vehicles, and insurance.

Complying with all worker safety and employment laws.

Casa Care Pros will issue a Form 1099-NEC to you at year-end if you earn $600 or more during a calendar year, in accordance with IRS regulations.

5. Insurance & Liability

You must carry general liability insurance and, if applicable, workers’ compensation coverage.
Casa Care Pros may request proof of insurance at any time.
You agree that Casa Care Pros is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from your actions or omissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casa Care Pros, its owners, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your work or conduct.

6. Payment Terms

Casa Care Pros operates at

70% payout , complaint-free projects and good review each gig

Eligible for bonuses and priority placement

Payment Schedule:
Payouts are made within 3 business days after Casa Care Pros receives cleared customer payment.

All payments are made through your registered account payment method.
Casa Care Pros may withhold payment if:

Work quality is disputed

The customer has not paid in full

You violated these Terms

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in withheld payments or removal from the platform:

Accepting private payments or “side jobs” from Casa Care Pros customers.

Soliciting repeat work directly without Casa Care Pros approval.

Charging unauthorized or hidden fees.

Engaging in unprofessional, unsafe, or fraudulent conduct.

Misrepresenting your relationship with Casa Care Pros.

Casa Care Pros reserves the right to pursue damages for loss of business or reputation caused by such actions.

8. Customer Relations & Dispute Resolution

Contractors must:

Deliver high-quality, timely work

Communicate promptly and respectfully

Cooperate in resolving customer complaints

If a dispute arises, Casa Care Pros will review all evidence and determine a fair outcome.
Payments may be temporarily withheld until the issue is resolved.
Casa Care Pros’ decision will be final.

9. Brand Use & Marketing Materials

You may use the Casa Care Pros name, logo, and branding only for approved projects.
Unauthorized marketing, website use, or misleading representation is prohibited.
All materials remain the property of Casa Care Pros.

10. Quality Standards

To maintain good standing, you agree to:

Meet or exceed service quality standards

Avoid cancellations and no-shows

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Repeated poor performance or customer complaints may result in reduced job opportunities or removal.

11. Confidentiality & Non-Compete

All customer and business information provided by Casa Care Pros is confidential.
You agree not to:

Contact customers directly for private work

Share leads or data with other providers

Create a competing platform using Casa Care Pros data

This restriction remains in effect for 12 months after leaving the network.

12. Data Privacy & Communications

You consent to receive communications from Casa Care Pros via email, text, or phone related to projects, performance, and updates.
Personal information will only be used as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

Casa Care Pros may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms

Receive repeated complaints

Engage in unsafe, unprofessional, or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you must cease using all Casa Care Pros branding and materials.

14. Limitation of Liability

Casa Care Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid to you within the past 90 days.

15. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Mateo County, CA, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules.
Both parties waive the right to trial by jury.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full and complete agreement between Casa Care Pros and the Contractor and supersede all prior communications, written or oral.
