These Contractor Partner Terms & Policy (“Terms”) govern participation in the Casa Care Pros Contractor Partner Program (“Program”). By applying, onboarding, or accepting customers through the Casa Care Pros platform, you (“Contractor” or “Partner”) agree to the following terms.
1. Program Overview
Casa Care Pros operates a contractor partnership platform, not a lead generation service and not a marketing agency.
The Program is designed to:
Operate a shared customer acquisition channel
Deliver deposit-backed booking requests
Support city-by-city contractor partnerships
Share revenue generated from platform-originated bookings
Participation is by approval only and subject to city and service availability.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Contractor remains an independent business entity
Nothing in this Program creates:
An employment relationship
A legal joint venture
A partnership under law
Agency authority
Contractor has no authority to bind Casa Care Pros
Contractor controls how services are performed
3. Partner Activation Investment
Contractor agrees to a one-time Partner Activation Investment of $15,000
This investment covers:
City & service onboarding
Booking and tracking infrastructure
Marketing systems (ads, SEO, funnels)
Initial growth rollout
Platform operations support
This is not:
A monthly fee
A pay-per-lead charge
The investment is non-refundable once onboarding begins
4. Territory & Service Scope
Approval applies to a specific city/county and specific service category
Casa Care Pros limits:
A few small primary partner per service per city
Territory protection applies only to:
Platform-generated bookings
Approved services within the approved city
Expansion into additional cities or services requires separate approval
5. Customer Booking & Deposits
Customers booking through Casa Care Pros place a $100 refundable reservation deposit
The deposit:
Confirms serious intent
Reduces cancellations and no-shows
After confirmed job completion, the deposit is:
Refunded to the customer, or
Credited toward the Contractor’s invoice
Contractor:
Sets pricing
Invoices customers
Collects all job payments directly
Casa Care Pros does not process full job payments.
6. Revenue Attribution & Reporting
Only platform-originated bookings are subject to these Terms
Contractor agrees to:
Accurately track platform-generated jobs
Provide monthly gross revenue reporting
Misreporting, concealment, or circumvention is grounds for termination
7. Channel Growth Allocation (Marketing)
15% of platform-generated revenue is allocated first to:
Advertising
SEO
Funnel optimization
Platform operations
This allocation funds demand growth in the approved city
Casa Care Pros may increase allocation up to 20% with reasonable notice based on scale and performance
8. Definition of Net Channel Revenue
Net Channel Revenue means:
Revenue generated from Casa Care Pros bookings
minus the Channel Growth Allocation
Net Channel Revenue does NOT include:
Contractor payroll
Materials or supplies
Vehicles, fuel, or insurance
Rent, overhead, or internal operating costs
9. Phased Revenue Share
Revenue sharing applies only to Net Channel Revenue.
Phase 1 — Partner Recovery Phase
Applies until the earlier of:
Contractor recovering the $15,000 activation investment, or
Six (6) months from activation
After marketing allocation:
85% to Contractor
15% to Casa Care Pros
Phase 2 — Growth Partnership Phase
Begins after Phase 1 concludes.
After marketing allocation:
70% to Contractor
30% to Casa Care Pros
This phased structure aligns incentives and reduces early-stage risk.
10. Quality & Performance Standards
Contractor agrees to:
Maintain required licenses and insurance
Deliver professional, timely service
Honor confirmed bookings
Maintain reasonable customer satisfaction standards
Casa Care Pros may pause bookings, require corrective action, or terminate participation for repeated quality issues.
11. Non-Circumvention
Contractor may not:
Bypass the platform
Redirect platform customers outside the Program
Avoid revenue sharing on platform-originated customers
Violation is grounds for immediate termination.
12. Protection Period
An initial six (6) month protection period applies
If recovery has not occurred:
Casa Care Pros continues operating and marketing the channel
This is not a revenue guarantee
13. Term & Termination
Initial term: 12 months
Either party may terminate for:
Material breach
Fraud or misrepresentation
Licensing or insurance failure
Repeated quality violations
Active bookings must be honored after termination
14. Confidentiality
Contractor agrees to keep confidential:
Platform processes
Marketing strategies
Customer data
Revenue structures
15. Legal Compliance
Contractor is solely responsible for:
Licenses & permits
Taxes
Employment obligations
Insurance coverage
Compliance with all laws
16. Modifications
Casa Care Pros may update these Terms with reasonable notice to reflect:
Platform improvements
Legal requirements
Scaling needs
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State].
18. Acceptance
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
