Is Casa Care Pros a lead generation company or marketing agency?

No.

Casa Care Pros is a contractor partnership platform, not a pay-per-lead service and not a traditional marketing agency.

We operate a shared customer acquisition channel with select contractors — similar to opening a virtual second location that delivers deposit-backed, booked customers, not raw leads.


How is this different from Google Ads, Angi, Yelp, or Thumbtack?

Those platforms typically:

Charge upfront (monthly or per lead)

Don’t guarantee bookings

Create bidding wars

Carry no downside risk if leads don’t convert

Casa Care Pros is different:

Customers place a refundable booking deposit

You receive deposit-backed booking requests

We fund growth before revenue is shared

We limit partners per service area

We share upside instead of selling leads

This is a partnership channel — not a lead marketplace.


Why is there a $15,000 Partner Activation Investment?

The $15,000 one-time activation investment launches and reserves your city and service category.

It covers:

City & service onboarding

Booking and tracking infrastructure

Marketing systems (ads, SEO, funnels)

Initial growth runway

Platform operations and support

This replaces ongoing ad spend, agency retainers, and lead fees — and ensures we partner only with serious operators.


How do customer bookings and deposits work?

Customers book through Casa Care Pros

They place a $100 refundable booking deposit

The deposit confirms seriousness and reduces no-shows

After the job is completed:

The $100 deposit is refunded to the customer

The deposit is not deducted from your invoice

The deposit is not paid to the contractor

You invoice and collect 100% of the job payment directly from the customer, as you normally would.


What happens if a customer no-shows or cancels last minute?

If a customer:

No-shows, or

Cancels the same day

The $100 deposit becomes non-refundable and is retained by Casa Care Pros.

The deposit is a platform safeguard, not job revenue.

Contractors remain free to enforce their own cancellation policies directly with customers if applicable.


Do you take a commission on my jobs?

No.

This is a revenue-share partnership, not a commission model.

Revenue sharing applies only to bookings generated through Casa Care Pros, after the marketing allocation.


How does the marketing allocation work?

Before revenue is shared, 15% of platform-generated revenue is allocated to:

Advertising

SEO

Funnel optimization

Platform operations

This allocation funds demand growth in your city and is applied first.

The allocation may increase up to 20% in the future with notice, based on scale and performance.


What does “net” mean in your revenue share?

“Net” refers to channel net revenue, not your business profit.

Channel net revenue =
Platform-generated revenue
minus the marketing allocation

It does not include:

Payroll

Materials or supplies

Vehicles, fuel, or insurance

Rent or overhead

You run your business as usual.
We run and fund the growth channel.


How does the phased revenue share work?

We start lighter to help partners recover first.

Phase 1 — Partner Recovery Phase

Applies until you recover your $5,000 activation investment or 6 months pass (whichever comes first):

85% to you

15% to Casa Care Pros
(after the marketing allocation)

Phase 2 — Growth Partnership Phase

After recovery or 6 months:

70% to you

30% to Casa Care Pros
(after the marketing allocation)

This structure aligns incentives and reduces early risk.


What if I don’t recover value within 6 months?

This is a partnership — not a vendor relationship.

If recovery hasn’t occurred within 6 months, we:

Continue operating the channel

Keep marketing active

Do not shut anything off during the protection period

This is not a revenue guarantee, but it demonstrates alignment.


How many contractors do you accept per city?

To protect job flow, pricing, and service quality:

We accept a small number of primary partners per service category, per city

Once a service category is filled, onboarding closes until availability reopens

This ensures consistent demand, avoids internal competition, and allows us to maintain a controlled, high-quality partner network.


How are bookings and revenue tracked?

All Casa Care Pros bookings are tagged and tracked

Contractors provide monthly reporting for platform-generated jobs

Transparency and honest reporting are required

Misreporting is grounds for termination.


Who is this partnership best for?

This works best for contractors who:

Have 2–8 years in business

Are licensed & insured where required

Want predictable growth

Are tired of paying for leads

Value long-term partnerships
